Non-stick cookware produced using Chefline's arc-sprayed technology. A carefully-controlled deposit of molten corrosion-resistant stainless steel is arc-sprayed on the interior of the pan.

This forms a series of "peaks" and "valleys" that harden and weld to the surface. Then, several layers of tough, non-stick coating are applied over the stainless steel to fill-in the "valleys" and cover the "peaks".
